The Betjeman Poetry Prize
The Betjeman Poetry Prize is a national poetry competition for young people aged 10-13. We fund poet visits to schools, send teachers on creative writing courses and run a poetry camp for our finalists. Our annual prize giving is held on National Poetry Day at St Pancras Station, London.
The Emma Press
The Emma Press is a small, independent publisher based in Birmingham. We publish a mix of themed poetry anthologies and pamphlets, and have recently started publishing poetry books for children.
CLPE
CLPE believes that poetry is a fundamental element in the development of children’s literacy. We support teachers with free teaching resources and run a shadowing scheme alongside our children’s poetry award, CLiPPA. We are delighted to support National Poetry Day which engages children through a mass celebration of poetry.
